As a senior M&A Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end modelling, post-close activities and presentation materials. Along with ad hoc analysis as required.

What You Will Do

  • Developing and updating financial models for M&A or partnership opportunities
  • Provide presentation decks for senior management
  • Deal performance analysis
  • Sensitivity analysis
  • Process improvements
  • Synergy validation
  • Post-close reporting

What You Will Bring

  • 3-5 years of finance, management consulting, M&A or corporate strategy experience
  • Experience with accounting/finance/planning/P&L roles highly preferred, with ability to do financial modeling
  • Ability to use AI-powered tools to gather insights, analyze data, and support day to day strategy activities
  • Experience independently managing workstreams and outputs
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical and critical thinking
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis, research and complex modeling

The base salary for this position is between $65,800 - $109,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
