  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations to support effective application development and delivery.
  • Liaise with Product Owners and Product Directors to review feature requests and maximize business value.
  • Act as a lead within an application development team, coordinating development activities and supporting project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain drawings, data packages, and system manuals.
  • Provide recommendations regarding feature timelines and story point estimates.
  • Provide expertise in the evaluation of new application concepts and initiatives.
  • Research, evaluate, trial, and report on emerging technologies.
  • Review documents, project activities, and Statements of Work.

  • 5-10 years of experience developing software as part of an Agile software development team, including experience in custom software development, short iterative development cycles, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • 5+ years of experience working with 2 or more programming languages, such as Python, C#, Java, or Ruby.

  • Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management solutions such as Redux, or Context API, to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Strong backend development experience using Node.js to build scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and support asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices, including the prevention of SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF, as well as application performance and load-time optimization strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience working with relational and key-value databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Redis.
