Your responsibilities will be diverse, spanning the full life cycle of our team members, and you have a particular passion for, and ideally experience in any one of (or all of!) the real estate, house building and / or land development industries in Alberta, with the desire to grow with our business. This is a unique HR opportunity, where you will have the opportunity to jump right in, roll up your sleeves and play a critical role in ensuring our People Team is well positioned to support Anthem’s growth trajectory.

- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities across the people process, with a particular focus on meeting the needs of our Alberta team members
- Support with recruitment with an eye for Anthem culture fit while following recruitment best practices
- Be involved in organizational development as the company’s structure grows and evolves
- Play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our projects, aligning HR strategies with project goals
- Participate in initiatives to foster leadership development and succession planning
- 10+ years in a Human Resources role, with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Experience in the house building and / or land development industries is considered a highly valuable asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proven presentation abilities
- A desire to grow your knowledge-base and expertise in the areas of training, learning and development
- Experience internally recruiting in a diverse organization
