Are you an experienced and results-driven professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Discover Kia is looking for a Senior Parts Coordinator to take the lead in delivering exceptional service, managing parts inventory, and driving sales growth.

As a Senior Parts Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for both customers and technicians, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. This is more than just a parts role — it’s an opportunity to work closely with the Parts Manager, Sales Team, and Service Department to help shape the success of our dealership.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23 Plus Performance Bonus

What You'll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for parts sales to retail customers and internal teams
• Provide expert advice and support to technicians and customers on parts needs
• Maintain a precise and organized inventory system
• Monitor and manage daily communication flow with internal and external stakeholders
• Optimize parts sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and upselling when appropriate
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service and workflow
  
  

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Ordering parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner
• Receiving parts orders with accuracy
• Communicating with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
• Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
• Maintain parts inventory count
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive parts department
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
• Fluency with Microsoft Office software
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
