About UniUni

UniUni, a North American leader in last-mile logistics, delivers tens of millions of parcels annually across Canada, from coast to coast, and is rapidly expanding its footprint in the United States. Founded in 2019, UniUni is known for its tech-driven innovation and crowdsourced delivery model, providing fast, economical, and reliable services to local, national, and international e-commerce clients.

What Do We Offer?

At UniUni, we empower our employees with opportunities to achieve their professional goals. We value both lateral growth and vertical advancement, ensuring every role helps you develop your skills, broaden your expertise, and build a fulfilling career. We are looking for passionate professionals ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, fun team.

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal operational tooling at UniUni. The products you will manage power the back-office workflows that keep our logistics operations accurate, efficient, and scalable — the kind that, when they don't work, everyone notices.

This is not a conventional product role. You will be close to the operation: present in the field, embedded with the teams who use what we build, and accountable for driving real adoption — not just shipping features. You will own your roadmap end to end, from problem definition through discovery, delivery, and adoption, and you will manage up, manage across, and stay close to the work.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for operational tooling, ensuring alignment with business goals and the realities of a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Translate complex workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, finance, and business development to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
  • Spend time in the field — including warehouse and dispatch environments — during beta testing and product launches to validate product decisions and drive adoption with frontline teams.
  • Continuously gather feedback from internal users, monitor product performance through key metrics, and iterate to improve usability, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Identify inefficiencies and workflow gaps across operations and build the product case for addressing them.
  • Ensure thorough documentation, data integrity, and process standardization across all systems you own.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and communicate roadmap progress clearly and consistently.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven product management experience, ideally working on internal tooling or B2B operational products.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator — equally comfortable running a roadmap conversation with engineering and workflow review with Operations, Finance, or executive stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision maker who can frame a prioritization trade-off clearly and bring stakeholders along.
  • Hands-on approach to product work, including comfort with field-based engagement such as warehouse visits, user training sessions, and post-launch support.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain is a strong asset.
  • Experience with financial operations or workflow automation tools is a plus.

Benefits

  • Dental, Vision, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training programs, RRSP
  • Salary range $75,000 to $ 85,000CAD

The Pay Range For This Role Is

75,000 - 85,000 CAD per year(Vancouver)
