Job Description:
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and system projects to support operational readiness in a large-scale healthcare environment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of required technologies and systems, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and proactively addressing potential risks.
  • Establish communication channels to align multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Create and manage a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and RACI matrix to clearly define project scope, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and facilitate issue resolution to keep initiatives on track.
  • Support transition planning by contributing to change management activities, including training, user trials, and readiness events.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clinical and operational teams on integrating technology solutions effectively.
  • Participate in Go-Live activities, ensuring a smooth transition and post-implementation support.
  • Report to executive stakeholders and contribute to project governance, including documentation and steering committee updates.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on technology, systems, or infrastructure implementations.
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience, ideally in environments involving clinical and operational technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with structured project management methodologies, including Project Charters, WBS, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives and clinical leaders.
