Job Description Summary
As we continue to develop our advanced biologics manufacturing facility at STEMCELL Technologies to support higher regulatory compliance, we are looking for a Senior SAP professional to lead our integrated product planning. You will provide technical leadership for our SAP system solutions, enabling scalable and integrated planning, scheduling, and procurement capabilities. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for communicating change (change management/enablement) and ensuring that we enable operational adoption and deliver measurable results across the enterprise.

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$113,900.00 - $170,900.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise and design robust and innovative solutions supporting Production Planning processes in the SAP environment, including but not limited to overseeing unit, integration, and regression testing phases as the first point of contact in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Analyze business needs and workflows to determine detailed requirements and recommend process improvements leading to scoping, configuring, documenting, testing, and deploying of quality SAP Logistics solutions that support business process aligned with organizational goals to enhance operational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain a strong reputation as a business advisor, including delivery of SAP recommendations and training to business users based on strong expertise
- Collaborating with IT and Business units to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP modules and business processes.
- Promote best practices and maintain rigorous security measures within the ERP landscape to protect organizational data and systems, including overseeing escalated issue resolution to maintain system stability and efficiency
- 10+ years of experience with SAP IBP, PP/DS, MM modules with at least 5+ years of experience working with and sustaining SAP S/4HANA systems, including in-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP business processes and system architecture; strong configuration and sustainment experience with SAP IBP and PP/DS is required (SAP Certification in any of the above is an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across departments, and influencing change within large complex teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a solid understanding of business needs and technical solutions with a large organization
- Experience in Demand-Supply Planning/Production Planning/Sales Operations and using SAP systems to support these business functions is preferred
