Senior Specialist, Organizational Development - #188892
Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), Sinai Health
Date: 1 week ago
City: Toronto, ON
Contract type: Full time

As Senior Specialist, Organizational Development, you’ll lead work that strengthens team dynamics, applies feedback in meaningful ways, and improves how teams collaborate and deliver on their goals. This includes overseeing organization-wide engagement and exit feedback processes, and building a recognition strategy that’s relevant, sustainable, and connected to our values. You’ll also play a key role in helping people across the organization navigate change in ways that feel clear, manageable, and built for long-term success. Your work helps ensure feedback isn’t just collected but turned into action that supports operational performance and the employee experience. The impact is practical and visible — helping teams work better together, and ensuring efforts lead to real outcomes.
Is this you?
You are a relationship builder, known for the ability to lead complex interventions and change initiatives. Your strength lies in making progress when the path isn’t fully defined — drawing on tools and best practices, with a clear sense of purpose to guide your work. You’re equally at ease working with senior leaders, frontline colleagues, and everyone in between, and are trusted to bring clarity without losing sight of the bigger picture.
A collaborative problem-solver, you are skilled at working across teams to coordinate and deliver initiatives that serve a wide range of needs. Whether you’re managing survey logistics or helping shape a recognition strategy, you bring focus and structure to moving parts. You adapt quickly when priorities shift, and keep momentum without sacrificing precision. In a role where no two projects are exactly alike, your ability to stay flexible and responsive is key to keeping work moving forward.
You are a strategic thinker. The ability to see patterns in data that others miss, is invaluable in this role. With a grounded understanding of OD principles and a practical mindset, you will bring structure to initiatives that need it — translating data into insight, and insights into actions. You know how to look beyond surface-level responses to find the root of an issue, and present it in ways people will buy into and can act on. Your work helps focus attention, sharpen priorities, and turn input into measurable progress.
About This Team
Sinai Health’s Organizational Development and People Engagement team consists of three streams: Learning and Performance, People Experience, and Team and Change Support.
