Senior Systems Analyst - x3:

On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Systems Analyst for a 3 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Senior Systems Analyst - Job Description:

The project involves enhancing the current platforms through rigorous testing methodologies to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive test plans to support the deployment of ERP and CRM solutions.


Senior Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans and cases from business and user stories, requirement specifications
• Execute test plans and test cases within agreed timelines
• Troubleshoot and review logs/queues to analyze and prioritize potential defects
• Document and record bugs and errors discovered during testing
• Execute manual and automated test cases and report test results
• Integrate tests into the make/build process using frameworks like Jenkins/Azure DevOps
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews
• Assess and escalate critical quality issues to the project manager
  
  
  

Senior Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

• At least 5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience in an Agile/SDLC environment
• Solid understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and testing principles
• Proven experience in functional testing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and kits
• Experience with bug tracking and test case management tools like JIRA, Azure TFS
• Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman and JMeter
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
  
  

Senior Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) framework tools like Gherkins, Appium, and Cucumber
• Knowledge of version control systems and build tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• CRM test automation experience, specifically with Dynamics 365
• Awareness of emerging technologies and trends
• Experience with Trust Accounting Systems and Financial Applications
  
  
  

Senior Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:

The contract is set to expire on March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on business case approvals.
