Job Description

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Drive product UX strategy and vision, quality, and UX deliverables
- Follow established Nokia design system patterns while expanding the system throughout product evolution
- Produce storyboards, prototypes and design documentation to communicate the desired user experience effectively
- Understand the product's purpose, requirements, and domain to effectively meet user and business goals through user-centered design methodologies.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from researchers, end users and stakeholders
- Use data to identify areas of improvement and differentiation
- Work with architects and developers to ensure the quality implementation of designs
- Skillfully present your designs to stakeholders for review and feedback
You have:
- 7+ years of relevant experience and a design portfolio
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialization in user centered design, human computer interaction, graphic design, industrial design or equivalent
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, and Jira
- Deep experience driving and applying user-centered design processes while working with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and marketing
- Experience in systems thinking or using a design system
- The ability to conduct user research
- Experience designing complex B2B enterprise applications
