We are looking for energetic Servers to enhance our service team.
Our requirement and expectation: be excited to come to work and understand that you are the front facing individual to guests who are wanting an exceptional evening out for lunch or dinner; you are the builder of business, both ours and yours, and are the representative of our brand

As a Server, You Will
Provide exceptional dining experiences for Si Clubhouse guests. Using your unmatched multi-tasking skills, you provide exceptional service by anticipating and delivering on the needs of guests.
Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
What We Need From You
1 year of restaurant experience + preferrable
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
What’s In It For You
Hourly range between $17.40-$20.00
