- Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with your teammates, maintaining open communication during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, using your expertise to enhance the guest experience.
- 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests.
- A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills.
- A genuine love for hospitality and connecting with people.
