We are looking for a talented onsite Service Administrator to join our team specializing in service for our branch in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as the first point of contact with customers by phone, email and face-to-face interactions at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
- Identify customer’s needs to create basic work orders by gathering pertinent information, provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans and provide status updates to customers (as requested).
- Open and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty, close work orders once complete.
- Adhere to all our relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their Supervisor.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner in person, over the phone and via email communications.
- Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, SAP/Ariba experience preferred.
- Service Writing and Warranty experience required, Payroll/Invoicing experience preferred.
- Please note, this is an onsite role supporting our Branch in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
