The Arcticom Group, a leading group of mechanical services and HVACR companies in North America, is seeking an experienced Ammonia Service Coordinator to join our team at Fraser Valley Refrigeration in Aldergrove, Canada. In this role, you will play a vital role supporting dispatch lead and technicians by ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Answer phones and manage e-mail requests.
  • Create and schedule service requests and planned maintenances.
  • Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules.
  • Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed.
  • Review & address aging calls.
  • Parts coordination for active and planned work
  • Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending /Acceptance Queue.
  • Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly.
  • Maintain customer communication and updates through their website and/ through email.

  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • HVAC/R industry knowledge or experience preferred but not mandatory.
