For our branch located in Lévis we are looking for a service manager.

Responsibilities

The service manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in the garage and supervision of technicians and yard clerks.

Without Limitation, Primary Responsibilities Will Be To

• Coordinate daily tasks of technicians (shop and road);
• Supervise repairs, dealer warranties and review purchase orders;
• Train and develop staff;
• Provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Work closely with the parts and sales departments;
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards and policies;
• Optimize technicians' schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime;
• Set and monitor time and performance targets for technicians.
  
  

Profile

• High school diploma or related training;
• Valid driver's license;
• Experience in the machinery sector;
• Computer skills;
• Promotes team cohesion and mobilization;
• Good ability to carry out several activities simultaneously.
