  • Drive Financial Performance: Develop and manage the annual department budget and business development plan. Lead your team to achieve sales and gross profit targets while using financial data to monitor performance and customer accounts.
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Identify and grow service opportunities within the current customer base and pursue new client relationships. You will also manage a select group of key customer accounts directly.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster trust and satisfaction through regular, open communication with clients. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate and Report: Participate in senior management meetings, providing updates on department progress, resource requirements, and potential challenges. Collaborate across the organization to identify and grow business opportunities.
  • Improve Processes: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance department performance, and deliver a high standard of service.

  • Strong financial acumen to drive profitability through efficient operations.
  • Demonstrated business development skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • In-depth industry knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to refine processes, implement best practices, and lead change initiatives that improve service operations and long-term success.

Why Join Us?

  • Positive, team-oriented working environment where your contributions are valued.
  • Competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and skills.
  • Extensive benefits package to take care of you and your family.
  • Retirement plan with company contributions to help secure your future.

  • Service awards to recognize milestone years of dedication.
  • Opportunities for training and professional development.
  • Be part of a well-established company with a strong reputation in the mechanical services industry.
