Humber Ford is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our growing team!

As a Service Video Advisor with Humber Ford, your primary responsibilities will include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. You will effectively communicate repair recommendations and build trust with clients. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, this role provides an opportunity to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
• Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
• Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
• Cleanliness of service department
• Service department support when and where required
  
  

Requirements

• Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
• Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
