Kitchener-Waterloo | $110K–$125K + Bonus + Benefits

An established ICI General Contractor in the GTA is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to manage high-end interior tenant improvement projects across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid track record in commercial interiors who’s looking for long-term growth with a reputable builder.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, on time, and to spec
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and office team to execute commercial interior fit-out projects
Coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor quality, and enforce safety standards
Represent the company professionally on-site and uphold strong relationships with clients and consultants
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company protocols

What You Bring

5+ years of commercial construction experience (ideally tenant improvements/leasehold work)
3+ years in a supervisory role managing interiors projects
WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Supervisor Health & Safety, and other MOL certifications
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, solution-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Able to maintain a client-focused and professional work environment

Nice To Have

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Leadership presence and ability to present well to clients
Experience managing complex commercial fit-out projects
Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

The Offer

Salary: $110K–$125K
Bonus: Annual (discretionary)
Benefits + 3 weeks vacation + 5 paid personal days
