Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is seeking Skilled Labourers for full-time work on the Ridley Island Energy Export Facility expansion in Prince Rupert. This role involves heavy civil tasks such as flagging, material handling, excavation, and grade shooting. It’s ideal for workers with 2+ years of experience and strong safety awareness looking to join a stable, long-term project.

- Minimum 2 years experience in construction labor
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract
- CSTS-09, H2S, First Aid, Bear Awareness, CSO (or willingness to obtain)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and pass drug/fitness assessments
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather and on remote rotation
- Experience operating a packer
- Familiarity with survey layouts and heavy civil construction sites
- Strong teamwork, judgment, and problem-solving on the job
