About The Role

We are seeking a talented Developer to join our expanding digital transformation team. This role is pivotal in building innovative applications and data-driven solutions on Palantir Foundry, aiming to make us the first fully vertically integrated construction company in Canada to operate its entire business through Foundry. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of professional experience, possess a strong technical foundation, and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies. This is a client-facing position where you will collaborate directly with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deploy solutions in real-world operational environments. You will work closely with a collaborative team, taking ownership of impactful projects, and have opportunities for professional growth into more senior roles. This position offers a unique chance to be part of a high-impact, startup-style environment within a well-established organization, working across the full technology stack to design, develop, and implement systems that drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional development experience
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database design principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with resourcefulness and curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with full-stack web development is preferred
  • Knowledge of data science principles and enterprise data platforms like Palantir Foundry is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full-stack web applications and data workflows within Palantir Foundry
  • Create scalable backend services and integrations using TypeScript or Python
  • Design, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data pipelines for efficiency and reliability
  • Engage directly with clients to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and demonstrate solutions
  • Travel periodically to client sites to assess operational realities, identify pain points, and deploy solutions in the field
  • Collaborate with other developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
