Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Create fully autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, delivering scalable transformation across business operations

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who prioritize traditional coding over AI solutions need not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Advanced Python expertise and comprehensive AWS implementation experience
• Proven proficiency with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Verifiable track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
• Extensive experience integrating multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) via APIs to address complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
