Founded In 2012, We Now Employ More Than 170 Employees Who Take Care Of Our Various And Exciting Projects In The Greater Montreal Area, Including

• The Royalmount project, a new Montreal destination located in the heart of Midtown and currently under construction, where connectivity, creativity and sustainability form a unique whole. It will be the first 100% carbon-neutral mixed-use project in the Americas and the largest LEED Gold retail development in Canada. Royalmount will have more than 170 retailers, including 60 restaurants and experiential attractions.
• Quartier DIX30, Canada’s second largest multi-purpose shopping centre, located in Brossard;
