The Senior Manager, Employee Engagement Communications helps employees understand what matters, why it matters, and how it connects to the company’s broader direction. This role works closely with HR, IT and other partners to turn complex priorities and change into clear, thoughtful communications that help people stay informed and feel connected. Success in this role requires strong judgment, excellent writing, a sharp feel for organizational dynamics and culture, and the ability to build trusted relationships across leaders, teams and functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the internal communications strategy for HR and IT, building deep knowledge of their priorities and serving as a trusted partner to their extended leadership teams
  • Partner with the channel manager to shape the evolution of internal channels so they support strategic communication priorities and the employee experience
  • Lead the enterprise editorial strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications, aligning content planning to business priorities and ensuring a consistent, engaging narrative across channels
  • Drive employee engagement by establishing and leading a robust internal communications measurement approach, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide strategy, refine tactics, and test new approaches
  • Bring our brand to life across internal touchpoints by partnering across teams to elevate stories that connect daily work to our purpose and highlight cultural moments that reflect our values
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale internal events, including town halls and other key employee engagement moments

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and delivering communications in fast-changing, complex, global organizations
  • Have worked in change management, community relations or external communications—somewhere you learned to make complex information clear under pressure
  • Are an exceptional writer, skilled at distilling complex decisions and cross-functional projects into simple, compelling narratives
  • Build strong partnerships with leadership teams and develop credibility within the functions you support
  • Understand organizational culture deeply and can identify meaningful moments to elevate while supporting teams through cultural change
  • Navigate organizational complexity with sound judgment and develop strong, trusted relationships with executives
