How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with Gallagher’s business goals.
  • Build and nurture a diverse network of active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing methods and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Champion innovative recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

About you
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders across regions.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as ICIMS, and a passion for leveraging social media in talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for insurance, brokerage, or risk management roles is a plus.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a commitment to fostering diversity and equity in hiring practices.
