Job Description
The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, replenishing, and maintaining merchandise inventory in the Gift Shop. This position ensures products are properly stocked, displayed, and available for guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor. Duties commonly include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, inventory tracking, and assisting guests as needed.
Qualifications
Previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
