What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
- Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
- Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
