Lead a high-impact retail operation as a Store Manager with our client, where you’ll oversee all aspects of store performance in a unique and dynamic Northern community. This position requires full relocation to a northern, remote community.

What You Bring

  • Willingness and ability to relocate to a remote Northern Canadian community (required)
  • 2+ years of experience supervising or managing a team in a high volume in a retail or grocery store.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in remote settings
  • Strong customer service focus with a community-first attitude
  • Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities

  • Live, work, and positively contribute to a remote Northern Canadian community
  • Lead and support daily in-store operations and execution of sales and marketing programs
  • Build and manage weekly staff schedules that respond to the realities of a remote location
  • Order products and manage inventory to ensure consistent product availability
  • Train, motivate, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support employee growth, engagement, and career progression
  • Tackle unique operational challenges using creativity, teamwork, and available resources
