You're passionate about making commercial buildings more efficient. You love to collaborate with a technically proficient team. And you never stop growing Our office in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an exceptional BIM Modeler to assist with designing buildings and providing technical support to our structural projects in areas such as Life Sciences, Tech, Civic, Education, Mixed-use, and Healthcare General Duties:

• Assist with developing drawing sets, plans and details with Engineers.
• Provide guidance to Engineers for detail development.
• Develop and co-ordinate construction documents.
• Take on project management responsibilities, helping with the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.

Skills:

• Ability to work with design team and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A solid amount experience creating construction documents using a variety of construction types and building uses. Concrete High Rise, Steel framing. Load Bearing Masonry, Wood Framing, using Revit.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture/Engineering or Construction.
• 5+years of structural drafting experience and a minimum of 2 years' experience with Revit Structure.
