How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be evaluating, designing, and updating our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all supply chain functions—mainly procurement and warehouse and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will ensure our workflows are clearly documented, compliant, efficient, and easily understood by team members.
  • SOP Creation & Maintenance: Draft, review, and update SOPs, Job Aids, and workflows for supply chain processes.
  • Process Mapping: Partner with cross-functional teams (Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement) to map and optimize process workflows.
  • Document Control: Ensure all updated documents are uploaded to Intellex, ensuring outdated materials are archived and current versions are readily accessible.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Education: Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent and flow-charting software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate operational tasks into clear, step-by-step instructions.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively gather information from frontline workers and present process changes to management.
