We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent with an Infrastructure background to lead the coordination and management of all operations on our ongoing projects. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of project operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. You will supervise and mentor a team of personnel, while closely collaborating with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to develop and implement construction plans.
Your strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues will ensure that the project runs smoothly and safely. With your leadership and expertise, you will help maintain the integrity of the project, reduce risks, and ensure the safety of both the team and the public.

Essential Responsibilities:
$105,600 - $145,200 annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Direct all project personnel on site and report to the Project Manager
- Implement the project’s Construction Management Plan and Safety Program
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of project plans, including the execution of site operations, materials handling, and resource allocation
- Supervise the day-to-day activities, ensuring staff perform their duties competently and safely in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and company policies
- Develop daily work schedules, assign required resources (labor, equipment, and subcontractors), and track progress
- Coordinate daily project tasks with other project disciplines and teams
- Conduct daily site inspections and complete detailed daily logs
- Ensure that corrective actions identified during inspections and patrols are completed on time
- Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to and follow up on requests, inquiries, and project-related concerns
- 8+ years construction supervision experience
- Combination of work experience in a similar role and industry related trade certification / education
- Solid understanding of modern construction practices
- Ability to plan and manage to a project schedule
- Understanding of construction documents and the ability to ensure that they are complete, protect the owner’s interest, clearly define expectations and provide incentive to perform.
- Contract negotiation/management skills
- Knowledge of construction costs and budgets
- A strong safety record and the ability to work with a variety of individuals
- Capacity to understand and interpret stakeholder needs and identify solutions to non-routine tasks or queries
- Ability to adapt information and communication style to the audience
- Skilled at promoting teamwork to establish consensus among team and stakeholders
- Capable of identifying key issues and patterns in moderately complex situations and spotting new, less obvious solutions
