The Position – Supply Chain Manager

This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and aligning supply chain schedules to meet production across all phases of project delivery. With a focus on vendor management, front end purchasing, and managing within MSCP’s unique replenishment algorithm, the role is vital to the success of our manufacturing and field projects. The role provides the structure and clarity that allows the entire supply chain team to work from accurate, up-to-date information.

The Company

MSCP provides highly innovative technical and organizational solutions for Heat Management in the Energy sector. It was founded in 2011 to assist the Oil and Gas Industry but it is rapidly expanding into water treatment and renewables.

Our Heat Management System is rooted in the synchronization and coordination of a complex network of value-added activities that need to be tailored to the specific needs of increasingly quality-sensitive Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain production and supply chain schedules that align with engineering, estimating, manufacturing, and operations needs.
  • Convert project requirements into actionable plans that support timely delivery and execution.
  • Coordinate with supply chain team members to ensure timing, priorities, and resources are in sync.
  • Serve as a central point of alignment across nodes to reduce conflicts and improve communication.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and schedule updates to keep all stakeholders working from the same information.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and project teams to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Support process refinements that make planning and coordination more efficient and transparent.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement adjustments that improve workflow and reduce delays.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: University degree (B.Comm), or College Diploma (Business or Supply Chain)
  • 6-10 years equivalent experience.
  • Supply Chain designation an asset.
  • Knowledge on Electrical or Insulation industry an asset.
  • Ability to develop and work within a procedural based environment.
  • Desire to grow in a role and scale with an organization.
  • Forklift certified an asset.
