This Role
The Technology and Innovation office (TI) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications, and related end user technology services across all Quadbridge business units. As Systems Administrator, you will be the Modern Endpoint and Infrastructure Specialist and be responsible for improving, supporting and maintaining the M365 and Azure tenant. You will own the management, administration, and optimization of the platform as well as act as the escalation point for the managed services team (L1 and L2 support). The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal & analytical skills while thinking outside the box.

This Role
The Technology and Innovation office (TI) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications, and related end user technology services across all Quadbridge business units. As Systems Administrator, you will be the Modern Endpoint and Infrastructure Specialist and be responsible for improving, supporting and maintaining the M365 and Azure tenant. You will own the management, administration, and optimization of the platform as well as act as the escalation point for the managed services team (L1 and L2 support). The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal & analytical skills while thinking outside the box.
Responsibilities
- Administer and own all aspects M365 and Azure tenant, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Entra and Group Policy, including identity and access management, group policy, and domain services
- Act as an escalation point to Managed Services Helpdesk to support internal users with their technical needs (Connectwise Products).
- Maintaining IP phones, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Developing and enforcing retention and backup policies for files and applications related to the company.
- Ensuring the security of hardware and software systems by administering MDR, making security policies and roadmaps, managing them, and hardening different system parts.
- Administering Azure and SQL server systems and other administration panels based on technical needs.
- Developing dashboards and automation needs using Microsoft stack in cooperation with the development team and other stakeholders.
- Assisting the development and product teams with technical tasks, special projects, as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and incidents; prepare regular reports on system status and maintenance activities
- Ensure all configurations and processes comply with company security and compliance policies
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT systems management with a focus on administering M365 and Microsoft Entra, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in maintaining essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, virtual servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, security, and networking technologies.
- Cyber Security CIS Controls experience
- Exceptional documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and maintainable technical documentation
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-104 Microsoft Certified Administrator associate, AZ-500 Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate and/or MD-102T00-A: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator,
