Systems Analyst – (CRM Focused)

The Successful Candidate's Duties Will Include

  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes across Manufacturing, Order Management, Sales, Engineering BUs, among others identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align process improvements with overall business goals and tools capabilities.
  • Document current state processes and design future state workflows that leverage CRM functionalities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Use industry-standard tools such as Visio to create clear and actionable process maps for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into CRM solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather input, validate requirements, and prototype solutions collaboratively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, system specifications, and integration points for CRM modules and other technological solutions.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and is accessible for ongoing reference by stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training materials tailored to the needs of end-users for CRM modules and other technological solutions, ensuring they understand and can utilize new tools and processes effectively.
  • Provide hands-on support during training sessions and post-go-live, addressing user concerns and ensuring successful adoption.
  • Investigate issues raised by the business during tool implementation, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Document resolutions and ensure they conform to best practices in the manufacturing industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype and validate CRM processes, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and addressing site-specific needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test cases, test scripts, and validation scenarios to ensure CRM modules and other technological solutions meet business requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies between CRM modules, other technological solutions and ensure seamless integration across Manufacturing, Order Entry, Sales, Engineering BUs, Finance, among others.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of CRM and other technological solutions-related analysis activities, highlighting risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track progress, KPIs, and alignment with project milestones.
  • Lead the design of enhancements or customizations to the CRM system and other technological solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support implementation efforts, including data migration, configuration testing, and system setup.
  • Support post-go-live activities by resolving user-reported issues, refining processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Document and define long-term system maintenance and enhancement needs.

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or technical roles, preferably with CRM implementation or process design responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize workflows in Manufacturing, or/and Order Management, or/and Sales, or/and Engineering HVAC, or/and others.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, is an asset.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, ITIL, or CRM or ERP-specific credentials (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365), are an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Expertise in process mapping tools such as Visio, or BPMN software.
  • Knowledge and expertise in SQL or data querying is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex workflows and propose actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users effectively.
  • High competency in multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines within fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
