How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Work closely with Design Engineers and Solution Architects to translate any new requirements into effective end-to-end lab solutions, including multi-disciplined services, meeting complex customer – business, operational, functional, health, safety, and regulatory needs profitably.
- Develop and support testing validation scripts for End-to-End FTTH lab solutions.
- Identify potential areas of improvement in current testing mechanisms using automation.
- Provides guidance and support to the lab team on the lab evolution and maintenance.
- Lead the efforts on creating and maintaining solution documentations.
- Keep connected with product line managers to understand the product and service roadmap and directions; stay informed about the latest product features and service offerings.
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, routing protocols (i.e., OSPF, BGP, ISIS, SR, etc.), MPLS, QoS, Multicast, Data Center, Security, OAM.
- Experience with Linux, Scripting, and DevOps Development.
- Knowledge of test automation using Robot Framework and Python, along with Bash scripting.
- Previous Nokia co-op or intern experience.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Working knowledge of GitHub/Gerrit (GIT), JIRA, and utilities like curl.
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in fixed broadband (DSL/PON) products is preferable.
