As a Systems Operations Specialist reporting to Director, Delivery Management, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the technical operations that power Nasdaq's global platforms and services, ensuring seamless 24/7 application support and operational excellence for clients worldwide.

The base pay range for this role is $84,000 - $115,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical operations and application support for Nasdaq's global services, managing incidents and ensuring 24/7 system reliability.
- Design, plan, and deploy changes to existing systems, implementing solutions that enhance testing, deployment, and operational processes.
- Manage and resolve incidents for internal and external customers, ensuring rapid response and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain operational documentation and procedures, supporting seamless second-line operations and knowledge transfer.
- Drive automation and process improvements across CI/CD pipelines, system deployments, and operational workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, Application Operations, or related technical areas.
- Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture, with hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git/GitLab, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS/EKS-A).
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with experience collaborating across global teams.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator).
- Experience with scripting and automation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with 24/7 operations in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
