CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of our office in Winnipeg. This temporary full-time 14-month contract role will be a hybrid position and may require travel within Western Canada, supporting in-person recruitment and networking events.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year (The salary offered will depend on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience).

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for our Home Health operations nationally. - Collaborate with the business and HR/TA leadership team to develop regional recruitment strategies and ensure flawless execution with the support of all stakeholders.
- Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including Health Care Aides, Nurses (LPN/RN), and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process.
- Provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition – ensure the entire process delivers a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates through effective coaching, planning, communication, and delivery of outcomes.
- Proactively source talent by leveraging social media and other online networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and short list candidates for hiring managers and ensure all interviews are scheduled accordingly.
- Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders.
- Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI Home Health as an employer of choice.
- 3+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
- University degree is required, and an HR designation is considered an asset.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or a unionized setting is preferred.
- The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
- A collaborative approach to working within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organization, communication, and presentation skills
