A Team Member at Splitsville is a dynamic role which means you may be required to work in multiple departments, but if you have a passion for a particular area, we’d like to hear from you!
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
- Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
- Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
- Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
- Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
- Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
- Other duties as required.
