Superion Inc.

Date: 9 hours ago
City: Surrey, BC
Contract type: Full time

Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and a talent for building strong client relationships? Do you want to be the go-to person for helping businesses make smart, secure, future-ready technology decisions?

Superion Inc. is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team! This isn’t a sales job — it’s a trusted advisory role, where you’ll work closely with our existing clients to ensure their IT environments are healthy, secure, and aligned with their business goals. Think of it as a stepping stone to becoming a Virtual CIO.

Expected Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000/year depending on experience and credentials.

About the Role

As a TAM, you’ll take the lead on all things technical for your assigned client accounts. You’ll build long-term relationships, run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), help shape IT roadmaps, and collaborate with our service and project teams to deliver results. You’ll support quoting, solution planning, and service delivery — but you won’t be cold-calling or chasing leads. Your focus is strategic, consultative, and relationship-driven.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead QBRs and technology planning meetings with clients
  • Serve as the technical face of Superion for assigned accounts
  • Provide guidance on cloud adoption, cybersecurity, licensing, and lifecycle planning
  • Assist with quotes and proposals for IT solutions and services
  • Regularly visit clients onsite and maintain clear, proactive communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and delivery
  • Use ConnectWise and Hudu to document client environments and recommendations
  • Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years in IT consulting, technical account management, or solution engineering
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with Dell, HP, SonicWall, and Ubiquiti products
  • Clear communication, client-facing polish, and strong documentation habits
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent real-world experience
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle (some travel to clients required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Hudu
  • Technical certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Azure, etc.)
  • Previous work in an MSP environment

Work Schedule

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Some evenings or weekends as needed (but we respect your time)
