The Role

As the Technical Program Manager - Software Automation (Temporary 1 year Contract), you will develop windows-based software applications for automation and streamlining the PMO flows.

The Person

The right candidate will have solid knowledge and experience in Information Technology and Program management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop SW for automation of GFXIP PMO tools, dashboards, and workflows
  • Plan and execute IT projects focusing on quality and deadlines
  • Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
  • Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
  • Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
  • Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills


Preferred Experience

  • Proven software development and project management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations
  • Agile software development experience.
  • Experience with Python, React JS, and Angular


Academic Credentials

  • Undergrad degree required. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired
