We’re seeking someone to join our Firmwide Innovation team as a Technology Business Development Specialist engage with cutting-edge vendors, analyze market trends, and help drive the Firm's innovation strategy forward.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technology Leadership & Strategy III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for driving innovation, developing technology roadmaps, and providing vision and strategic direction to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and transformation across the organization.

What You’ll Do In The Role
- Attend stakeholder / vendor meetings, capture key insights and drive action items.
- Research emerging technology trends, build technology landscapes and create company profiles.
- Build compelling presentation decks for internal and external use and assist in the preparation of senior leadership events.
- Work closely with program managers and business intelligence analysts in tracking key projects, milestones and generate leadership reporting.
- Maintain and update the team's CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of vendor/stakeholder interactions, deal progress, and strategic initiatives.
- At least 4 years of experience in technology is required.
- A degree in Technology.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize market research.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail-especially for CRM data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
