Territory Manager - Packaged Gases (full time)

The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. This position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will generate sales within an assigned territory by managing both existing accounts and developing new customers
  • Focus on achieving your sales quota through new business development and by strengthening long-term customer relationships
  • In addition, you will promote sales and provide ongoing account service to assigned and potential customers, both onsite and by phone
  • Improve gross profit and overall profitability by fully understanding and positioning the company’s value propositions
  • You will support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches within your territory
  • Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements with key customers
  • Maintain an active list of target accounts by generating, qualifying, and following up on new business leads while monitoring competitive activity
  • Also, you will ensure complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and demonstrate products to new account customers as needed

What makes you great*

  • You have a High-school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred to provide a strong educational foundation
  • Five to seven (5-7) years of outside sales experience preferred, ensuring a robust background in sales
  • Experience in industrial gases is an asset, enhancing your expertise in the field
  • Welding experience is preferred, offering additional industry-specific skills

This is an existing position with a starting salary of $80,000/year.
