Traffic Manager, Growth Marketing

The Fan Growth Content Production team delivers video and design assets for all EA global marketing campaigns, and the Operations group is looking for a Traffic Manager to oversee resourcing, workflow and project timelines within our production team.

The Traffic Manager will report to the Director, Production Operations. This role is hybrid, and located in Vancouver, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: You will manage the intake, scheduling, and trafficking of creative projects from initiation to completion.
  • Resource Allocation: You will identify available team capacity and adjust schedules to improve efficiency. Monitor team workloads to ensure resources are balanced against priorities across multiple campaigns.
  • Workflow Coordination: You will assign tasks to Producers, Cinematic Artists, Editors and other Content Production team members while balancing workloads. Identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and implement solutions to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Partner Communication: You will guide communication between Content Production, Publishing and other internal partners to ensure clarity on project requirements and priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Traffic management within Fan Growth is a new discipline, and we are developing our processes from the ground up. You will help develop and refine the workflow processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in traffic/project management within a creative or marketing agency. An understanding of campaign launches, creative processes, and production is necessary .
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Asana, Trello, Workfront, Monday.com).

Compensation And Benefits

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $89,300 - $123,000 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
