About The Role

As a Training Content Writer, you will be instrumental in developing high-quality, engaging instructional materials that empower learners and meet the unique needs of various client brands. You will leverage your creative writing skills and understanding of adult learning principles to create impactful training content, from e-learning modules to comprehensive manuals. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable results. Your contributions will directly enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives, helping our client’s partners achieve their development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft clear, engaging, and informative training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and other instructional content.
• Adapt writing style to align with the specific tone, style, and voice of different client brands.
• Develop creative approaches to present complex information in a compelling and easily digestible manner.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training objectives and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Tailor content for different learner levels, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all audiences.
• Ensure all content adheres to established guidelines, maintaining consistency across materials and projects.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and project management teams to align content with overall brand strategies and visual elements.
• Revise and update existing training materials as necessary, ensuring content stays current with evolving best practices or product changes.
• Incorporate client and learner feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Optimize content for digital formats, ensuring it is searchable, interactive, and engaging for the intended audience.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing training or instructional content.
• Proven experience working with Articulate Rise.
• Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to adapt to various brand voices and styles.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be available to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Must provide your own laptop and your own Articulate Rise license.

• Experience with Instructional Design or e-Learning Development, specifically building responsive, web-based online training courses.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline.

This is an ongoing project-to-project freelance opportunity, with an estimated initial duration of approximately 4 months.
