In this role, you will:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver materials, products, and parcels to various locations across the Lower Mainland.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure proper documentation is completed before and after each shift.
- Coordinate deliveries based on priority and schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain delivery records, truck mileage logs, and monitor basic vehicle maintenance needs.
- Support warehouse operations, including operating power equipment and following all safety procedures.
- A valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- At least one year of experience operating a 3-ton or 5-ton truck with a lift gate.
- Strong knowledge of general warehouse procedures and delivery operations.
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with material handling equipment (or willingness to learn); Class 3 with air brake endorsement is an asset.
