We are seeking an individual who is reliable and career-oriented to join our growing company.
As a Validation Engineer specializing in automotive chemicals (coating, painting and chroming), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the design, functionality, and durability of exterior components, focusing on metal and plastic materials.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the design, functionality, and durability of exterior components, focusing on metal and plastic materials.
- Lead the customer audit with various customers
- Led the Chroming and Painting technical report with OEMS
- Responsible for solving technical issues related to Chroming and painting process
- Lead the investigation, analysis, and improvement for the NG (Not Good) testing items, providing effective root cause analysis, and along with action plans.
- Lead the analysis of warranty issues, formulate action plans, implement them and colse the issue on time.
- Establish the Validation Plan for Chroming and Painting projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 + years proven experience as a Validation Engineer in the automotive industry, focusing on chemical components.
- Experience in anodizing, chroming, or painting process is highly desire
- Strong familiarity with OEM test standards and typical manufacturing processes for metal or plastic materials.
- Proficient in using various test equipment and analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
