Video is at the heart of our digital marketing strategy – it’s not just content – it’s the engine driving our brand, fuelling customer engagement, and bringing our products to life.
We’re looking for a Video & Marketing Specialist who’s ready to build on that momentum. In this hybrid role, you’ll blend visual storytelling and digital marketing to create high-impact video content for social media, the web, and advertising platforms—while also collaborating on the rest of our marketing efforts to reach and inspire our devoted audience.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for product walkthroughs, customer & lifestyle stories, social media campaigns, website features, and digital ads.
- Develop creative video content for short-form social media and paid advertising campaigns
- Capture and produce video content at company & customer events and product launches
- Organize and manage the video content library, ensuring all assets are properly cataloged and easily accessible.
Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on overall marketing efforts
- Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics for both video and digital marketing campaigns; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and website content updates to ensure brand consistency and SEO best practices.
- Engage with our greater owners community, including our Explorers Team of content creators
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and look for emerging opportunities
- Utilize tools like YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in video production, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within a product-focused or lifestyle brand.
- Proficiency in video production software (Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, audio, cinematography, and color grading.
- Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency managing a YouTube channel, Instagram brand channel, or other online brand presence is an asset
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Wordpress CMS platforms and basic SEO principles.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms & tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zapier).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Canon ecosystem (C-Log) and familiarity with DJI hardware and experience operating a drone is an asset
- Familiarity with the RV and/or outdoor lifestyle is an asset but not required.
