Job Description

We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the role of Warehouse Manager, you will be a key member of our Roofmart Management Team.

Your role will be to manage various aspects of the local retail warehouse and yard. You will mentor and grow your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team. You will oversee the daily warehouse operations, maintain control of orders received and shipped, and carry out all duties required in a timely and efficient manner. You come with solid inventory management skills, previous experience in overseeing a team and a warehouse, with a strong logistics background. You will work closely with our vibrant Roofmart Branch Staff and Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. The exciting and challenging goal will be to grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products.

Qualifications:

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Logistics/Human Resources) and/or
• 5 or more years of successful warehouse/yard management, logistics experience
• Valid driver’s license
