- Promote and sell our online personal development programs and destination retreats
- Engage with prospective clients and guide them through our offerings
- Lead discovery sessions with clarity and empathy
- Support and mentor less experienced team members to achieve their goals
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and outreach initiatives
- Represent our brand with authenticity and professionalism across platforms
- A strong interest in wellness, coaching, or personal development
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented mindset with natural leadership qualities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results
- Experience with digital tools or online platforms is a plus
