We're looking for a Workday Analyst to join our People Process & Technology team! This position is a dynamic opportunity to help us continue our Workday evolution and work for the largest Employer in Canada!
As a Workday Analyst, you will be the part of a team that supports the development and deployment of all facets of the Workday system with a focus on the Compensation and Talent modules to ensure that the platform delivers a positive user experience.
As part of the team, you will ensure our Workday environment's integrity and overall system operation through configuration, support, testing, training, analysis and solutioning. You will also serve as one of our users' points of contact on the Operations Team.

As part of the team, you will ensure our Workday environment's integrity and overall system operation through configuration, support, testing, training, analysis and solutioning. You will also serve as one of our users' points of contact on the Operations Team.
Here are a few ways you'll make a difference:
- Support and continually improve the Compensation and Talent Management functions of Workday - with a heavy emphasis on maintaining the system core and enhancing/deploying new features.
- Performing day-to-day operational tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and promptly resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Support the maintenance of Annual Cycles and configuration in Workday; ensure the integrity and quality of data transmitted.
- Triage and solution for end users, business partners and administrative issues. These fixes may include short term workarounds but will always focus on long term and comprehensive solutions to problems.
- Engage collaborators to support recommendations for implementation of new functionality and/or revisions to current functionality to increase utilization of current and/or future capabilities.
- Document and maintain operational procedures.
- Support management teams in their efforts to administer tactical and strategic activities; personally deliver the improvements suggested.
- Conduct research using Workday’s online courses, Workday Community and Workday Admin Guide to deliver high-quality operational support.
- Coordinate and support bi-annual Workday Releases including assessing, documenting, and testing new features and functionality.
- Between 1-3 years of HRIS experience. Previous experience with Workday Compensation or Talent Management.
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and deliver against multiple timelines.
- Analytical approach with the ability to define inputs, consolidate/analyze data and solution effectively.
- Works well independently, with a solid sense of ownership and accountability for the outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate commitment to teamwork.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality; Professionalism & tact when working with confidential data.
