We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Management Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Kronos/UKG tool to support our business operations and enhance workforce management processes.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Management Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Kronos/UKG tool to support our business operations and enhance workforce management processes.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- System Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize the Kronos/UKG system to meet the organization's workforce management needs, including time and attendance, scheduling, and labour analytics.
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current workforce management processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Kronos/UKG system. Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the Kronos/UKG system. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure effective system utilization.
- Projects: Participate in workforce management projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Generate and submit required reports to regulatory bodies as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with the latest UKG features and updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with workforce management systems, specifically Kronos/UKG tools.
- Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages is an asset.
- Certification in Kronos/UKG tools is an asset.
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices, including labour forecasting, scheduling, and strategic workforce planning.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring workforce management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and solution-oriented, with a strong customer focus and able to adapt quickly to changes in business plans and priorities.
- Ability to analyze workforce data and provide actionable insight.
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirement.
- Bilingualism – French / English (advanced level required).
